So I could get 30 items for his 1…wowzers. Obviously I need MORE as I can get so many MORE upgrades than him…

No, you know why? Because BoEs and BoPs are fricking different things, dude.

Haha, oh well…

What is different , it is all gold!?> :joy:
Can you imagine all that gold you could get to buy greens you need.

No they are both items, all have a gold value.

I can just say “Even if it’s an upgrade to you, the gold I will get is worth more to me”

Didn’t pay attention when I explained this, did you?

Ohh please you can sell them for more then they vendor for , someone might need them for disenchant at reasonable price, or it could be upgrade, it is all gold, AH is full with greens stop telling crap to me. :joy:

Odds on if I sold a BoE for gold, I could then buy the same BoE back for approx. the same amount of gold. Can you say that for a BoP….no. Not equatible in the slightest, but you knew that.

Not true at all ,prices fluctuate all the time, differences can be huge, everyone sets their own price , there is no set price it is sold for.

Yes you are right, I might get to buy it back and another item.

Sell high, buy low - right…

So why is your option to sell more worth than the item is for the one who needs it?

What if the items is worth 600g? You will say “just buy it off ah” that’s a dick move

So why is it that the other 4 don’t get to roll on the 600g gold bag that just dropped…that’s a dick move.

Nobody said its more worth. When everyone rolls for it, its equal chance for everyone.
It’s guys like you who claim 600g is more important to someone than to everyone else.

Because you don’t NEED it, is that so hard to understand for you?

You said it yourself, you all should’ve just have needed on it and there wouldn’t have been an issue.

But I do NEED the item I can buy with that 600g.

And the person who buys that item for 600g, they needed it too…its not like I vendored it.

This is a moral dilemma, just because you can, doesnt mean you should and I get the feeling that Blizzard have always enjoyed putting those in the game - I have this image of someone, somewhere in Blizzards dank offices having a bit of a giggle when they read stuff like this.

I think originally that the NEED roll was to upgrade your character with the item that dropped - and as players we should be happy that someone received an item that was better, instantly for them. The GREED was simply that, no one could use it and so it was rolled for gold/disenchant.

But like I said, someone is laughing maniacally in their office at the ‘whys’ and ‘there fores’ people are offering. Always remembering that offers can be rejected or accepted - cant use the word ‘proffering’ of course as thats usually given in the spirit of generosity, which some of these replies arent.

Well it is more important as your BOE set might cost 1k gold mine could cost 10 k gold, so I lose way more by playing your game.
Also I still did not get why BoPs are not need for all, it is gold.

BoPs. you destroy the item. And grey of crap sells for the same. So don’t be ridiculous your straw man argument is not winning anything.

Lets play fair here, it is gold , or it isn’t gold?

Nice mental gymnastics. What does it matter? A 10k gold upgrade is 10 times as good as the 1k one.

BoPs are worth way more than the vendor price.

You don’t think the amount matters? Lmao.
