This is true.
I’ve started to take Slapface’s opinions on good faith. And we’ve been able to discuss it as adults without namecalling, without aggression, etc.
What I said is that to others those opinions can definitely come across as trolling.

I mean…Come on.
You’re just trying to trigger the haters though.
The point is, every thread to write is designed to trigger a reaction by people with the opposite opinion.
That targeted writing is the definition of trolling.
Could be. But that’s where the ‘good faith’ comes in.
I chose to give Slapface the benefit of a doubt. And honestly, it’s made our conversations a lot less frustrating; even pleasant at times.
That’s your loss not mine.
I do agree with that. And that’s Slapface’s own problem.
If they are unable to bring an opinion across without it feeling like trolling, then people will continue to flag. But that’s not anyone’s problem except Slapface’s.
That’s the point. You can’t give “good faith” to someone who makes no attempt at writing in an intelligible way. Because other people aren’t going to give that person a chance, so why should you.
If Slapface has an opinion it wants to share, then it should present it’s arguments in a way that promotes better discussion, than just outright trolling.
No, you’re changing the point. Your point was that I don’t enjoy the game and that I have nothing positive to say about it.
This is wrong.
I also make threads where I ask the game NOT to change, precisely because I enjoy it as it is right now.
My threads where I argue against further ability pruning for example. That’s me saying that the game is fun as it is, and that I want to keep it that way.
Well, that was kind of my point with my earlier post. I’ve started viewing those opinions that way. Not for Slapface; for myself.
Because interacting with people in a civilized, pleasant manner just saves me quite some frustration and such.
I find Slapface as a valuable member of this forum community.
Everything he posts actually has a valid truth in it or hidden among it.
I don’t believe you enjoy the game.
That’s point has not changed.
Except their opinion on Legion.
Just the other day you went from “PvE is easy and boring” to “M+ and raids are challanging” in the span of 5 minites in 2 different threads…i could throw a dice down a mountain and it’d be more decisive than you.
Of course, Legion is the best <3
So then what?
Do I force myself to play arena every night, to the point where I’ve played a thousand of those this season alone?
That’s a weird claim to make.
M+ and raids and challenging compared to open world content and quests, yes.
I said this on a thread about leveling.
That’s not inconsistent, that’s logical.
Hey, I’m going to leave it here. Because I don’t want this to become a Slapface hate thread.
I have said my piece. If you want to change my opinion, just present yourself in a less trolling way.
Just this morning Retributors thread got nuked and a few people in the thread also just got flagged for no reason at all. Its not blizz though, its some of the members.
How do I change your opinion about me not enjoying the game when I’ve been spamming arenas every week since the start of season 1, achieving Duelist rating on both my monks every time?
I mean, where’s the trolling here, exactly?
How you present yourself on the forums.
Some people are flagging junkies.
