Server discords are not used, people on the servers uses the guild discords - also non-guild members.

I only know the three biggest Alliance guilds; they are <The Old Raiders>, <Social Guild> and <Panache>.

Within the comments in this thread, you can find a player from the PvE cluster - Deezy - whos named an active leveling guild in the PvE cluster. Check it out!

Exactly what I mean. If all was one server, only 10 characters would be possible. I like clusters so much for this!

Leveling population is the biggest we have ever had. Considering the following Firemaw EU numbers for reference:
A few months back, our leveling population (1-59) would be anywhere between 30-40 active players in the evenings. This coincides with the early Era times.
Eventually it got to the point where we would have 50+ players consistenly. And the leveling guilds listed in the OP would also have 50+ players online at all times.
These days, levels 1-19 already return 50+ players in the evenings. Again, not staggering multilayered hypermega servers, but active. You will also find wpvp skirmishes and all that jazz.
Leveling pop is again, probably that of a mid-sized Classic server. I say this specially thinking of all those who missed the cloning of their former chars. If in doubt, give it a try and level up a char here. I believe you will not be disappointed.
And do not worry about when and how you get to lvl 60. This is Era, rat race is ded here. Keep your progress, keep your sanity and most importantly, have fun!

Can i ask if it would be worth it for me to transfer to Firemaw ? My priest is about ready to start bwl, but i am kind of in the mood to do anything.
I am not really sure on the guild situation on there atm.
I am glad to see that classic era seems to be somewhat alive again. Hope it stays that way.

It is possible that as more players experience the original Classic version of the game, they may come to appreciate it more and decide to continue playing. This type of realization or “awakening” can sometimes happen in waves, as players may be influenced by the experiences and opinions of others. With the release of the Classic version of the game, there are many players who are returning to play after a long absence, and for them it could be a new experience that they like.
Also, players who never had a chance to play classic version, now they got a chance to do so, and it could be an entirely new experience for them. As with any type of game or activity, personal preferences can play a big role in determining whether someone finds it enjoyable, but generally the classic version of game tends to have a dedicated player base, which can be an indication of its quality and appeal.

who do you mean by “they”? NA players? yes i did that when i was playing there back in bfa, i had a russian client yet my character had to be named in english so there were no issues regarding people seeing my name
I see Classic Era as a WoW revolution → Stable framework with minimal tweaks that accommodates a community that DRIVES whats happening.
Instead of Blizzard give me this give me that, we have been in a situation in which we have had to create our own vision for Era. The result of it is what we have today, a long lasting, enjoyable experience.
The rat race killed me back in 2007 with the release of TBC and me losing all my progress just because. Era puts an end to this, and although I do not think we will ever become huge, we will have our stable niche/corner with people that really enjoy this specific aspect of Era.

Excellent summary Banana, we have had our differences - and i am also not (that) active anymore - but i wholeheartedly support the positive and constructive effort you put into keeping Classic alive.I would recommend it to anyone out there wondering if it is “still worth doing in 2023”

RESTORE OUR CHARACTERS ON VANILLA REALMS!!!
Many players, such as me and my friends, were away and in the meantime our characters were wiped from vanilla. We ain’t gonna resub unless our characters on vanilla realms are restored. Especially since we got NO e-mail or anything that they’d disappear WHILE AT THE SAME TIME I CONSTANTLY GET MARKETING E-MAIL SPAM FROM BLIZZARD.

loads of ppl in the last month have joined,looks like a 2006 populated server,lots of levelling and ppl around,awesome (firemaw cluster)

We have had our AH reaching 10.5k items recently.
AVs on AV dedicated weekend on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Organized Wednesday AB popping all evening.
The growth is real, anybody can see it…!
