We are two veteran Wow and role-playing players and we are looking for an Italian or English language guild on the Argent Down server.
We are currently playing Night Elf characters but we can change them for guild role-playing purposes
We also have experience in PVE content.

What kind of guild are you looking for aside from language?
If you are referring to the role play we were thinking of a racial guild or a “wide-ranging” guild that can accept more or less any type of character

Night elf guilds?
Dirge of Teldrassil or Hand of Cenarius may suit your needs.
Just remembered, Nightblade Sentinels are a thing too.
