We are both more for adventure guilds but military would work as well, if they can fit in a privateer!

Itâs true, the Myrmidons is the place to be if youâre a a militaristic blood elf.
Myrmidons for military but if you want aventure, these guys are super cool

When one pictures mercenary types, they likely imagine the sort of grizzled rogues that inhabit Booty Bay; fighting, boozing, working with vague loyalty as they perform the brutal jobs others wonât dirty their hands with.
Perhaps some more optimistically see eager wide-eyed opportunists; looking for fame and glory, seeking to put their names in the books that would be written about their deeds.
They certainly donât picture anâŚ

First up; the Velvet Glove. Bunch oâ high society scumbags thinkinâ their blue blood gives âem some divine right ter lord it over the rest of us.
Next, we got Serenity Falls: soul stealinâ freaks playing doctors and nurses, pushinâ the limits of science, breaking boundaries and bodies in the process.
After that, the New Order: rogue loyalists, armed ter the teeth, loyal ter nobody except their ego-trippin Supreme Leader, and the Banshee Queen she serves.
Then, oâ course, thereâs Lucy LockjâŚ

The above mentioned guilds seem nice and a good fit from what little experience I have with them and from how you describe your characters.
A wholehearted recommendation of Blazing Phoenix and Thalassian Skyguard. Just really great guilds that it is always a pleasure to work with.
