Please implement a deserter debuff in M+

Hi

After having tried 3 runs on M+ (6-7) level. With someone leaving before or at the first boss every time I would like to suggest that a deserter debuff would apply for all searchable content.

There could be a voting system implemented so that if all 5 agree on that this key is not possible and call it, then the debuff will not happen. But having people leaving after 5 minutes is absolutely catastrophic for us that want to play and get a few tokens.

OK. You want this then right ? Think about the consequences of what you want. Because you wont acheive what you want by punishing people.

Think first WHY people leave. And address that. It acheives better results.

Mass kick abusing in dungeons

Subj. Already met this several times. Actually almost in every 2nd group. Ppl randomly kick other ppl. Just for fun. In my last group I got suggestion to kick absolutely every member in party with “afk” reason within few minutes. But no1 was afk actually. After 5-6 suggestions (I declined all of them) we finally lost a tank. And 20 sec later I was kicked as well. We cleared half dungeon in 5 min. I got kicked and also got 30min DESERTER DEBUF. Can any1 from Blizzard explain this “logic”? Or this…

Being removed from Dungeon should not mark me as deserter. I didn't ask for this!

Topic body. Joined dungeon in progress, everyone was dying and I was removed half way through after 2nd boss in Batol. I only joined as dps for satchel and was awarded with deserter mark. Good stuff… Back to PvP I guess.

Why does getting kicked in RDF give you deserter?

Some loser decides to initiate a vote at the very start of a dungeon for basically nothing and everyone mindlessly clicks yes and that means I can now not do dungeons for at least half an hour? Makes no sense Blizzard

Kicked from group and deserter debuff

Hello, My char Jedilegolas-Draenor was kicked from a heroic Ara-Kara dungeon group a few minutes ago without any explanation. On top of that am automatic 30m ban was applied to the char saying I left the group which is a lie. I was kicked from the group. This is a completely stupid system. Remove deserter from being kicked in LFG

This should be self explanatory. Being kicked from LFG and then being hit with the deserter buff is just vile, specially when it was random, and for no reason or a group of friends trolling and kicking people. Getting kicked is one thing and doesnt matter, but the fact that you are punished with 30 minutes to not que is the issue. Remove deserter debuff from being kicked

Title. Garbage system that only enhances the toxicity of the game by people abusing dungeon kicks. I got kicked for being in fury spec as tank before i even had a chance to change spec.

Please, for the love of god remove deserter debuff when you get kicked from a party. Most people don’t even know why they press “accept” when you suggest to kick someone. Then getting kicked and a 30 min deserter is such a bad way of dealing with it. I don’t have a lot of time to play between family and work and this isn’t helping anyone. Or can i pay blizzard a euro to remove the debuff if money is what they care about.

How long has it been since Legion? 8 years by now? Dungeon deserter for being kicked

So I’m doing timewalking dungeons, as a tank. People are pulling left and right because apparently pulling 2-3 packs at a time isn’t fast enough. And then I get kicked DURING the final boss fight, and have a 30 minute dungeon deserter debuff, because I’m apparently not fast enough. WTF. Really?

i lvled a few characters through timewalking so now i got lvl 80 i geared up a bit so i thought i go back and helm the lower lvls for a smooth run bacause i got max lvl and some nice armor. i got there, and on first 2 mobs, not even a boss i got instantly killed/ one shotted. wth is this nonsence, i felt a deserter coming because if i alrready get killed on 2 trash mods i would not come far. and yes the leader yelled, HEALER!? i said yes… then i explained i used timewalk for lvling but i misunde…
